Below are some of our most frequently asked questions that we hope our answers will help you decide on if our services are right for you. If you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly team.
Will you remove the grass waste? Yes! Our team are able to remove the clippings from your property for a small additional fee. We remove all clippings from your lawn as standard but would usually use your green waste bin if available.
I don’t have a side access to my garden, is that a problem? We generally don’t bring our equipment into your home due to the risk of damage but we are happy to discuss this if required.
Do you check for wildlife before cutting? Yes, our teams conduct a full visual check before mowing any lawns or trimming any hedges.
I have garden furniture / toys on my lawn, is that a problem? In most cases, our team will require the lawn to be free of any obstructions as we are not insured to move items. We are more than happy to discuss your requirements with you though so please get in touch.
I have a dog, are you still able to attend? Yes, we are able to complete a service regardless of any pets you may have. We just ask that the lawn is free from any mess and your pets are kept inside for the duration of our visit so our machines don’t harm or scare them.
I have several properties, can you help? Of course, we service properties for landlords on a daily basis and offer discounts for multiple properties so please contact us for more information and to arrange a formal quote.
Do you really cover Tenby and Saundersfoot? We certainly do! We’ve been visiting
the areas for more than 10 years on a very regular basis and we are now making the
